"Nurse, may I have the chart of the patient in room 2005?" Nasa 20th floor ng ospital si Hector. Gaya ng naipangako niya kay Dr. Javier ay bibisitahin niya ang pasyente nito habang ito ay uma-attend ng convention sa New York.

Pagkaabot sa kanya ng chart ay sinimulan niya itong basahin. "Hmmm, Mr. Roberto Valdez, animnapu't limang taong gulang, pancreatic cancer with bone metastasis. Tsk, tsk, kawawa naman," sa isip ng binata.
